C3 AI is seeking a high-performing, strategic, and execution-focused Microsoft Alliances Senior Manager/Director to lead and expand our partnership with Microsoft across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, aligning with Microsoft’s regional sales and technical teams, and accelerating co-sell revenue through the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:


  • Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft field teams (sales, industry leads, technical specialists) in EMEA.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive awareness of C3 AI’s offerings across Microsoft’s regional teams through briefings, training sessions, and account planning. Quarterback strategic deals by working closely with the C3 AI and Microsoft sales teams to architect differentiated solutions to drive business value across the enterprise.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Own joint pipeline generation and deal acceleration. Drive joint sales motions.
  • Field Collaboration: Collaborate with C3 AI and Microsoft account executives to identify and close co-sell opportunities.
  • Executive Alignment: Support and facilitate executive-level relationships between C3 AI and Microsoft leadership in-region.
  • Program Execution: Deliver regional programs, campaigns, and events with Microsoft to increase mindshare and demand.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key partnership KPIs, including sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline growth, and program performance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or business development, with a focus on cloud or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s sales structure, cloud offerings, and partner programs.
  • Proven success managing regional partnerships and delivering against joint sales targets.
  • Strong network within Microsoft EMEA field organization is a plus.
  • Experience with complex enterprise software sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
