Focus: Demand Generation, Events, Owned Media & ABM
About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help lead demand generation across paid media, tradeshow/events, owned digital channels, and ABM initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in executing campaigns, improving funnel performance, and ensuring high-quality engagement across the entire buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, testing across other platforms.
- Manage channel-level budgets, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Work with external paid search contractor to drive performance.
Event Marketing
- Lead logistics, vendor coordination, and strategy for tradeshows, roadshows, and private events.
- Collaborate with Sales for pre-show outreach and post-show follow-up campaigns. Attract, engage, and convert throughout the event journey (before, during, after).
- Ensure captured leads are integrated into our CRM and routed appropriately for follow-up.
Owned Media Management
- Email: Build and optimize Marketo campaigns for lifecycle and nurture workflows.
- Social: Own organic LinkedIn strategy; grow audience engagement and reach.
- Website: Optimize the website to drive micro-conversions and high-quality inbound leads.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Help identify and prioritize high-value target accounts in partnership with Sales.
- Launch ABM campaigns across channels.
- Track and optimize engagement, conversion, and pipeline contributions from key accounts leveraging 6sense.
Funnel & Lead Lifecycle Management
- Monitor funnel progression metrics (MQL → SAL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed/Won).
- Report weekly/monthly on lead quality, velocity, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience across demand gen, ABM, owned media, and events.
- Leverages AI tools to accelerate tactical execution.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Marketo, and social media management tools.
- Proven ability to track, report, and optimize lead progression across the funnel.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- A solid combination of creativity and an analytical mindset.
Bonus
- Experience in a digital consultancy, agency, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or ZoomInfo for ABM programs.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation integration (Marketo + Salesforce).
