Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Global Director of POD/Promo. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering key partnerships, and expanding market opportunities across our Print-on-Demand (POD) and Promotional product lines. With a primary focus on our largest markets—including District Photo and Harrier—you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our global strategy.
Job Title: Global Director of POD/Promo
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $125,000
- Commission: Up to $25,000 (for directly managed accounts)
- Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on overall POD performance—revenue growth and profitability)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of global strategies for the POD/Promo segment, identifying high-impact opportunities and aligning efforts across regions.
- Key Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with major POD partners. Collaborate with the account management team to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Tier 2 Partner Development: Personally manage Tier 2 POD accounts, ensuring their alignment with business objectives while identifying and scaling new growth opportunities.
- Market Expansion & Innovation: Drive market expansion initiatives and new product launches through robust business planning, aiming to increase revenue and strengthen brand positioning.
- Cultural Integration: Foster and uphold a culture of collaboration and accountability in alignment with the values of the DPH Group.
