As one you will be responsible for the company graphic designers, web developers and application (database) developers as well coordinate all requests deceived by Marketing/ Management staff in relation to any technical/ IT development area including but not limited to: participate in projects design and development, liaise with all parties involved to ensure smooth communication and requests completion; organize documentation, reports and data analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects with designers, web/database developers and business managers, analyze queries and provide logical solutions
- Liaise with database users, marketing and management to collect data associated with design/web/database requests
- Consult with designers and developers to determine their requirements relating to prepare and submission of design/web/database development requests
- Manage projects linkages and data flows between the database and the website systems
- Received and log all requests related to design, web and database changes in an organized an transparent manner
- Organize the documentation of processes and operating procedures
- Perform regular review and analysis of data communication processes and work flow optimization
- Manage admin requests on already designed materials, describing projects and data flow, including but not restricted to text changes, graphics, maps
- Perform testing of the validity and logic of new components as well as the whole database/ web systems
- Educate staff regarding changes and train them to work new/upgraded systems
- Provide the management with weekly progress reports
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency is a must
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both technical and non - technical contexts
- Good multitasking, prioritization and team organization skills
- Innovative ideas combined with ability to follow requirements
- High level of self - motivation and self - discipline
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with graphic programs (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash MX, MS Visio) and understanding of SQL/HTML is considered an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar projects coordination or business analyst position is preferable
