We’re a fast-growing Amazon & DTC agency helping consumer brands unlock growth across platforms. From marketplace expansion to paid social to influencer affiliate strategy, we act as hands-on operators—launching and scaling what works. We’re now building out our social commerce practice (TikTok Shop, influencer seeding, and Spark Ads), and looking for someone who wants to be hands-on in elevating our current offering. We are looking for someone with direct experience with TikTok Shop along with its paid or organic content.The Role This is an execution-first, curiosity-fueled role designed for someone who wants to build a career in growth marketing.
You’ll support client growth through a blend of technical setup, campaign support, content tracking, and opportunity spotting. You’ll work closely with strategists and client leads to uncover what’s working—and double down.Responsibilities
- Support TikTok Shop launches and campaign execution for clients
- Track content usage and performance across influencers
- Help identify and outreach to TikTok creators for UGC and affiliate opportunities
- Maintain promo calendars and coordinate with clients on content and offers
- Compile weekly client reports and performance recaps
- Contribute to experiments across other channels (e.g., Amazon, Meta) when needed
- Stay up to date on trends in TikTok Shop, paid social, and influencer marketing
- Help improve internal workflows with documentation, tools, or automation
You Might Be a Fit If
- You’ve run paid or organic content on TikTok, Instagram, or Meta Ads Manager
- You’re comfortable learning new tools (e.g. Seller Center, Creator Marketplace, influencer CRMs)
- You love solving problems and aren’t afraid to try, fail, and iterate
- You have an eye for content and understand why certain videos convert better than others
- You’re organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: experience in eCommerce, Amazon, or Shopify storefronts
