Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do 


The Technical Team Lead for Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data engineers, while working closely with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality and impactful analytics solutions.

In this role, you will: 


Leadership & Strategy


  • Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight on BI and analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
  • Drive best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.

Technical Responsibilities


  • Design and manage ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like SSRS or Power BI.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and architecture.
  • Ensure performance tuning and optimization of data queries and reporting systems.
  • Lead efforts to automate data integration and reporting processes.

Project & Stakeholder Management


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.

Supervisory Responsibilities


  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff. 
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.  
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. 

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team


Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in BI tools (e.g., SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytics programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), preferred.
  • Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics, preferred.
  • Certifications in BI or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics), preferred.
