Full-timeDescriptionJoin our team in Meridian with Renewal by Andersen of Boise. We're hiring a Marketing Director to lead our Traditional Marketing team and Inside Sales Center. Through leading these teams, this position will strategically develop and execute direct response marketing tactics and consistently meet or exceed target lead generation and CPLI goals. This position will also ensure a world-class team and homeowner experience, strengthen our Company's market position, and achieve desired overall business KPIs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


  • Drive direct response marketing strategies and Inside Sales Center performance to consistently meet or exceed lead issued and CPLI monthly goals. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new and emerging direct response marketing opportunities and lead generation channels. 
  • Lead our Traditional, Digital, and Inside Sales Center (ISC) Teams, ensuring seamless lead flow and conversion optimization. 
  • Optimize Inside Sales Center operations to maximize set rates and demo rates, and enhance the homeowner experience. 
  • Collaborate with GMs and Sales Managers to ensure effective lead hand-off and alignment between marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Lead a world-class team and homeowner experience. 
  • Manage direct response marketing strategies. 
  • Bring customer insights, personas, and data to strategy execution. 
  • Partner with RbA Corporate and other RbA affiliates. 
  • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure strategic impact and high ROI. 
  • Act as an engaged and collaborative member of our Senior Leadership Team. 
  • Exercise strategic and creative leadership on highly visible campaigns and programs. 
  • Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth. 
  • Develop comprehensive market strategies, including budget, forecast, and efficiency targets, with a strong focus on direct response and measurable lead generation impact to achieve business and brand objectives. 
  • Strategic planning and customer segmentation. 
  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation from annual planning to ongoing spend. 
  • Provide career development for our team. 
  • Implement a growth strategy and develop new processes as necessary to enhance performance. 
  • Work in close collaboration with the President, GMs and Sales Manager. 
  • Utilize data analytics to improve direct response campaign performance, optimize Inside Sales Center processes, allocate resources effectively, and maximize overall lead generation and conversion efficiency. 

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience including direct response marketing and leadership experience over Inside Sales or Call Center operations. 
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams, including call center teams, and providing exceptional leadership. 
  • Strong project management, creative thinking, and analytical skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with depth understanding of market conditions and customer needs. 
  • Demonstrated experience across the entire marketing mix, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in direct response campaigns and lead generation. 
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Desire to tackle complex challenges and transform them into solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree.
