The 1916 Company’s vibrant community extends from coast to coast and around the world.Overview:The 1916 Company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-driven Executive Sales Support professional to join our team at our Bala Cynwyd location. This elevated role serves as a critical client liaison, shipping and logistics coordinator for the E-Commerce division’s highest profile clients.As an executive-level support position, this role provides direct support to the Company’s most senior sales leaders, with a particular focus on managing the logistics and service needs of our highest-profile clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail required to uphold The 1916 Company’s commitment to excellence in every client interaction.Position Summary: The core purpose of the Sales Support position is to streamline operations by removing obstacles, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining efficient organization—ultimately enabling our Sales leaders to focus on driving revenue, and ensuring inventory is managed.Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support and contact for Senior e-commerce Sales leadership, managing the transactions that are in progress.
  • Responsible for liaising with high profile clients and their assistants to coordinate payment, shipping, and other logistics.
  • Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watches and jewelry daily
  • Preparation of all outbound shipping paperwork
  • Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus
  • Coordination of high value shipments with our armored service
  • Coordinating insurance on the shipments, as appropriate
  • Responsible for outbound inspection of watches, including QC paperwork and watch presentation for watches shipping directly to clients
  • Responsible for pulling box and paperwork and cross-referencing with our intranet to ensure everything pictured in the listing is included
  • Inputting client information into our CRM as needed
  • Provide world-class customer service.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of luxury sales support, luxury watches and jewelry preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Must demonstrate a passion for mechanical luxury watches.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Swiss watch brands.
  • Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.
  • Detail oriented is a must! You have a sharp eye and are meticulous about the small details
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: work independently, don’t take "no" for an answer.
  • Strong organizational skills—You are able juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of tight timelines. You have strong time management skills and know how to prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Accountable: You take ownership and personal responsibility for results and how they’re achieved.
  • Must be able to work after hours and weekends when necessary
