The 1916 Company’s vibrant community extends from coast to coast and around the world.Overview: The 1916 Company is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team in our Ardmore (Philadelphia PA) location. This role will serve as the shipping and logistics support for the Ardmore Inventory Coordinator.Position Summary: This position serves as the support for inventory management in store, including handling outbound shipments to other locations and customers, and ensuring inventory is managed in the internal database.Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support for Inventory Coordinator
- Responsible for the shipping of watches and jewelry daily
- Preparation of all outbound shipping paperwork
- Responsible for outbound inspection of watches, including QC paperwork and watch presentation for watches shipping directly to clients
- Responsible for pulling box and paperwork and cross-referencing with our intranet to ensure everything pictured in the listing is included
- Support the team with organizing supply deliveries and inform manager when supplies are running low
- Learn and retain brand product knowledge for all watch and jewelry brands The 1916 Company offers.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative and/or shipping is preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and go up and down stairs multiple times per day
- Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
- Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Detail oriented is a must! You have a sharp eye and are meticulous about the small details
- Strong organizational skills—You are able juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of tight timelines. You have strong time management skills and know how to prioritize
- Other duties as assigned
