About Wellth:

Wellth is a fast-growing, growth-stage digital health company headquartered in Los Angeles. Our mission is to motivate people living with chronic conditions to make healthier choices, every single day.We use behavioral economics, habit science and technology to motivate lasting behavior change in some of the highest need and most underserved populations in the US (Medicare and Medicaid), drastically changing their quality of life and health outcomes. We have demonstrated results with several large insurers and health systems (e.g.

reducing hospitalizations by over 40%), and are now rapidly scaling. Our goal is to be the category leader in improving health outcomes for hard-to-engage populations. A key difference at Wellth compared to other digital health companies is that our users (Members) actually use Wellth every single day - think TikTok tier daily engagement (and data generation!).But most importantly, our work quite literally saves lives by stabilizing chronic disease patients and preventing disease progression, hospitalization, and other bad outcomes. We are a mission-driven company where you work with incredible talent and see tangible differences directly from your impact and influence.

Life at Wellth

Wellth is a health tech company founded on a simple premise: If we give people an incentive to make healthy decisions today, we will be able to drastically reduce healthcare costs in the future. With hospitals and health insurers evolving their focus on preventable health risks, our team of designers, developers, PhDᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁs, and MDᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁs are all devoted to the singular goal -- Helping chronic disease patients change their behaviors to improve their health. By using technology, weᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁve built a mobile application that provides targeted incentive plans to users, and delivers reminders and information that help build healthy habits and foster better disease management; ultimately leading to lower cost for payers and rewards for consumers. We guide patients to learn to behave in a way that can get them better, faster; and incentivize them to adhere, engage, and manage their own health. This method connects and improves a care manager's efficiency to succeed in delivering higher touch care. We can save health plans and risk-bearing providers billions and mitigate the risk they take by putting focus on preventing avoidable costs in their highest risk populations. In helping patients to improve adherence to their care plans, we are able to drive down hospitalizations, readmissions, and complications and produce meaningful cost savings for our customers; often within 3 months in our program. We serve the most common chronic conditions with disease-specific behavior change programs, and all our programs are fully compliant with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, Beneficiary Inducement, and other important regulations. We have a win-win-win scenario and we're paving the way to happier, healthier humans.
