We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Learning to lead the charge on our most ambitious evolution yet: transforming Pavilion University from a collection of standalone courses into the go-to educational institution for GTM leaders.You’ll own the design and delivery of Pavilion University 2.0, a comprehensive, structured, and industry-validated learning ecosystem that includes credit-based learning, career-aligned pathways, and real-world impact tracking.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
- Drive the Pavilion University 2.0 vision — transforming a fragmented catalog into a cohesive university model organized into six “Colleges” (Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Partnerships, Leadership)
- Lead the development and implementation of personalized learning pathways aligned to member goals, experience, and career stage
- Shape the long-term strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Exec Team
Curriculum & Content Design
- Implement a credit-based system that supports modular learning across core and elective courses
- Oversee creation of competency frameworks that define skills progression across roles and career stages (e.g., SDR → AE → Sales Director → VP of Sales → CRO)
- Ensure learning outcomes map clearly to real-world applications and drive career advancement
Operational Excellence
- Build and lead a high-performing team of curriculum designers, instructional experts, and program managers
- Partner with SMEs, instructors, and industry leaders to produce high-quality, rigorously assessed content
- Launch continuing education and recertification tracks to drive ongoing member retention and engagement
Industry Validation
- Establish “Boards of Overseers” for each College to ensure content freshness and alignment to industry needs
- Develop systems for measuring the ROI of education — from course completion to promotions and business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Have 8–12 years of experience in L&D, higher education, curriculum development, or a professional upskilling environment
- Are equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up your sleeves to ship high-quality learning experiences
- Have built structured learning paths, certification programs, or university-like models in a corporate or edtech setting
- Are passionate about helping professionals advance their careers and move the needle at their companies
- Know how to combine rigor and relevance to build credentials that matter in the market
- Are a systems thinker who loves molding experimental ideas into scalable processes
