Axion Ray is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM organization and help drive efficiency and performance across Marketing, Sales and Solutions teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be deeply embedded in the GTM process, supporting GTM teams as they optimize workflows, processes and tools to help them hit and exceed their targets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of historical and current Marketing, Sales and Post-Sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization
  • Establish best practices and standardized processes for revenue reporting and forecasting across the organization
  • Develop, maintain and update dashboards and reports in Salesforce and a BI Platform
  • Partner with Salesforce admin to manage our CRM platform
  • Support strategic priorities and planning with regular reporting to executive leadership on attribution, performance and forecasts
  • Surface opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that improve effectiveness across the revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal close
  • Collaborate on the design, implementation, and management of variable compensation plans to drive behavior alignment and ensure transparency and accountability..
  • Partner with stakeholders across GTM teams to evaluate, implement, and manage tools that support productivity, data integrity, and scalability of the revenue engine.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy or a similar analytical role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar
  • Expertise in GTM stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Gong, etc)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across GTM functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior people management experience
  • Experience as a Salesforce admin
  • Prior experience overseeing the implementation of new processes and systems
  • A builder mindset
