cFocus Software seeks a Systems Architect for a contract with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with the Single Family Housing (SFH).
Required Qualifications include:
- Experience with Agile Framework
- Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience
- Experience with system architecture to include: N-Tier .NET App Dev (Web Services); Visual Basic .NET; ASP.NET; SQL Server; Windows Server 2008 R2; Windows 7; Data Warehousing Concepts, and PKI Infrastructure experience.

- HUD Environmental Review Online System(HEROS)
- CPD Grants Management Process (GMP)
- Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR)

- Title V Property Management System (Title V)
Duties:
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure concepts and network configurations
- Core infrastructure components – DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware
- Basic Windows administration
- Programming in a scripting language such as PowerShell, VBScript, etc.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to assigned business areas
- Serve as technical project manager for various business projects
- Partner with business and third-party administrators to design and implement technical solutions supporting underlying business processes.
- Participate in developing IT Governance processes and their enforcement
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of IT Solutions, from requirements and design to regular maintenance, updates, and fixes
- Manages all aspects of the technical activities (including architectural requirements, hardware, technical models, vendor interaction, technical designs, etc.) and ensures the systems/applications align with the overall architecture and infrastructure
- Participate in testing and verification of technical solutions
- Communicates the effectiveness and task progress of the technical project team members
- Provides proper training and support after implementation to ensure proper knowledge transfer to given business units
- Experience with audit reporting and requirements
- Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating implementation with technical teams
