IN A NUTSHELL

At Bellroy, we pour our heart and soul into designing carry goods that delight our customers around the world. Our website, available in 9 languages and 13 currencies, is a key platform for this experience. It’s powered by a custom-built CMS, a sophisticated logistics and payments system, and a growing library of content components. We’re continually striving to improve our user experience through localisation, personalisation and experimentation. We’re looking for a Web Content Coordinator to help us keep up with the growing volume of product releases, campaigns, and content updates while making sure our digital presence remains polished, consistent, and technically sound.  In this role, you’ll build and maintain product pages and range experiences, coordinate assets and translations across teams, support A/B testing and SEO efforts, and push updates live with care.

You’ll also design small components, like icons or image variations, to support product releases, assist with QA, spot and resolve bugs (like shipping rules or stock allocation issues), and help document improvements to how we work.If you're a detail-obsessed organiser with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU…

  • Have 2–4 years’ experience working with CMS platforms in content management, web publishing, or e-commerce operations
  • Are familiar with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Git, and have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or similar technologies.
  • Are highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once whether that’s coordinating campaign assets, prepping new product pages, or QAing content for launch.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Operations, Marketing and Tech
  • You’re energised by keeping things on track. Building and refining systems, maintaining accuracy, and catching the small things others might miss to ensure everything runs as it should.
  • Communicate clearly and appreciate being part of a well-aligned team. You know how to work with others and keep them in the loop
  • Are reliable, consistent, and thoughtful. You care about doing your work well and continuously improving how it's done

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Collaborated with the Creative and Marketing teams to gather copy, images, and translations for an upcoming campaign

  • Added a new content module to a product page and QA’d the build to catch display issues before going live
  • Noticed a CMS bug affecting stock allocations and worked with Tech to resolve it quickly
  • Pushed a batch of content updates live, then monitored key pages to ensure everything published correctly
  • Updated internal documentation with a process improvement that helped reduce content release errors
  • Designed a new icon in Illustrator to support a product feature and added it to the component library
  • Joined a team sync to discuss how our new product comparison component could be rolled out across relevant pages
  • Flagged an inconsistency in product copy and resolved it by coordinating across Product, Ops, and Creative

LOCATION & HOURS

This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood HQ, with work from home flexibility.

Life at Bellroy

Bellroy puts its heart, soul and countless design hours into helping the world carry with greater simplicity and ease. Every piece has been deeply considered to help you get the best of life's little moments. In the early 2000s, as slim tailoring became popular, bulky wallets couldn't hide anymore. So, a team of product designers and creatives (who also happened to be friends) sat around a kitchen table in Bells Beach, Australia, to design a slim wallet with fewer layers of leather and better card positioning. The release of this product in 2010 signaled the birth of the Bellroy brand, and we've come a fair way since then... We recognized pretty early on that we could use business as a force for good. So, as a certified B Corp, we constantly pursue better ways to source our leathers, reduce our impact on the environment and make sure our products last as long as possible. Our range of carry goods has moved beyond pockets and includes solutions for your tech, work accessories and more - right down to the humble set of keys. Because as long as there are things to carry through our lives, we want to find better ways to store, protect and carry them. bellroy.com twitter.com/bellroy facebook.com/carrybellroy instagram.com/bellroy medium/bellroy
