Position Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Factory Network Account Manager to oversee and expand our network of contract manufacturing partners specializing in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). This role is critical in managing supplier performance, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring product quality, delivery timelines, and strategic alignment with our manufacturing goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with PCBA suppliers and contract manufacturers, combined with outstanding communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships with a global network of PCBA contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment with quality, delivery, and cost expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) and external manufacturing partners
  • Onboard, qualify, and maintain factory partner records, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications
  • Lead periodic business reviews and performance evaluations for manufacturing partners, including metrics tracking (OTD, yield, quality, cost)
  • Support pricing negotiations, capacity planning, and production forecasting with contract manufacturers
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement in PCBA production processes
  • Monitor supplier risk, production schedules, and escalation management for delivery delays, quality issues, or compliance concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all contracts, agreements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in coordination with Procurement and Legal
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with new product introductions (NPI) and scalability requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in supplier or contract manufacturing management, preferably within PCBA or electronics manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of PCBA processes, SMT, THT, reflow, AOI, and related quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
  • Experience with contract negotiations, cost modeling, and supplier performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to visit manufacturing sites (up to 25–40%)
