As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR and Office Manager to join our team and keep everything running smoothly during a team member’s maternity leave.

About the Role:


As our HR and Office Manager, you’ll wear two important hats — making sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine while also leading key HR processes that support our growing team. This is a fully on-site role with some flexibility, reporting directly to the CEO.

🧑‍💼 Your Responsibilities:


Human Resources:


  • Lead employee engagement activities — from fun team events to holiday celebrations.
  • Manage recruitment processes: post jobs, screen candidates, and lead first-round HR interviews.
  • Handle full onboarding and offboarding cycles.
  • Prepare contracts and maintain accurate employee files.
  • Develop and refine HR policies and procedures.

Office Management:


  • Ensure all office supplies and IT equipment are available and functioning.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facility needs, and meeting room setup.
  • Oversee travel bookings and daily expense reporting to finance.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including customer follow-ups, issuing invoices.

✅ What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in HR, office management, or administrative roles – an advantage
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English — both spoken and written.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
