Trueline is seeking a Working Foreman to join their team. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and can manage both people and production with confidence. What You’ll Do:


  • Lead and work alongside crews on active heavy civil/site development projects
  • Set daily priorities and ensure work is progressing efficiently and safely
  • Perform physical tasks as needed, modeling productivity and accountability
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on-site
  • Ensure adherence to project specs, drawings, and safety regulations
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and subcontractors
  • Track daily progress, material usage, and crew performance
  • Foster a positive, high-output jobsite culture

Must-Haves:


  • Extensive experience in heavy civil construction, including site development, earthwork, and utilities
  • Proven ability to lead field crews while also contributing hands-on
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding workloads
  • Familiarity with reading plans and translating them into field execution
  • Commitment to jobsite safety and production goals
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

Nice-to-Haves:


  • Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Operator on civil jobs
  • OSHA certifications or other safety training
  • Experience with public and private projects in Massachusetts
  • Knowledge of field technology tools and scheduling basics
