Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.The ideal candidate will be located near one of our following locations: Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, Burlington, VT, Cherry Hill, NJ, Rochester, NY, Tampa, FL, Santa Ana, CA but open to remote. How I will contributeThe Solution Consultant partners with Sales teams and clients to deliver impactful product demonstrations, support targeted sales strategies, provide technical training and expertise, and drive solution adoption through customized engagements and market insights.Qualifications

  • Conducts discovery and develop strategies for presenting Asure product offerings. Including assessing the customer’s current environment, identifying pain points, addressing competitive challenges, demonstrating Asure product strengths and recommending improvements.
  • Designs, coordinates and presents product demonstrations for sales and internal training needs.
  • Champions customer success by helping define post-demo success criteria and ensuring solution alignment with customer business outcomes.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Asure product offerings, integrations, services and markets served.
  • Provides technical expertise, training, and assistance with troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for sales and clients.
  • Analyzes requirements and delivers systems architecture solutions by leveraging new, existing, and emerging technologies in a service and sales-oriented environment.
  • Engages team members on best practices for delivering effective and impactful product demonstrations.
  • Assists Sales in supporting targeted account selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers, client services and engineering to develop custom solutions.
  • Provides content and develops SOWs for enterprise or non-standard engagements.
  • Provides market feedback on product messaging and positioning to Sales and Product Leadership.
  • Identifies partnership opportunities to complement product offerings.
  • Responds to information requests and maintains archive of responses.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ work experience with SaaS Applications in client-facing SMB, Enterprise & Mid-Market sales environments.
  • Domain expertise in Human Capital Management Solutions, Payroll, Tax, Time and Attendance preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related Field or commensurate experience.
  • Expertise in systems related change management and/or user adoption
  • An enthusiastic professional and confident team player with a strong customer-success focus, who can present effectively even under adverse conditions.
  • PHR, SPHR, and CPP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to deliver presentations for both clients and industry.
  • Experienced at bringing technical support to client interactions.

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $86,000 - $94,000 depending upon level of experience.This role offers a comprehensive benefit package. Benefits
