About the Role


As a VP, Practice Leader you will partner with the core sales team to bring your relationships to the table. Collaborating with retailers directly (and supporting agencies) to evangelize the InMarket product suite: Media, Measurement, and Insights. 

Your daily impact as a VP, Practice Leader


  • Collaborate with sales leadership to position the InMarket offering to world class retailers and agencies
  • Own the Specialty Retail Vertical - Including subverticals such as: Arts & Crafts, Clothing, Department Stores, Discount Stores, DIY, Electronics, Furniture, Hardware, Home Decor, Malls, Off-Price Retailers, Shoes, Sporting Goods, etc.
  • Role does NOT include responsibility for Grocery, Drug, Mass, Dollar, Club and Convenience Store Channels
  • Opening doors/creating brand level discussions for individual sellers
  • Advise on positioning for individual meetings and collaborate with direct sellers
  • Interest and ability to speak at events and evangelize InMarket as a thought leader

  • 10+ years in Retail 
  • Leadership experience work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product

*Title contingent on years of relevant experience.For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont and Massachusetts the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $190,000 to $225,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
