Job Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive innovation in all aspects of our visual content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of talented individuals.
As a CRM Specialist you will:
- Design and manage CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) using Braze
- Segment user base and personalized communications to match customer journey stages.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and customer support teams to align CRM activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve customer data
- Develop and implement A/B testing plans for campaign optimization.
- Report regularly on CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention.
- Assist in loyalty and re-engagement strategies for different user segments.
