About the role
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will join and work closely with Empatica's QA Team in Milan. In this role, you will get in contact with amazing technology, while obtaining a detailed understanding of the architecture and the process of development of wearable products.
Requirements
- Join the activities regarding testing and validation of our products
- Produce certification reports for the use of our products with different smartphones.
- Participate in improving the testing and validation process of our products
- Participate in the inspection of compatibility issues, providing details to replicate the problem
- Assist the Software Quality Assurance team of Empatica in Milan with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Support communications with other teams, particularly for issues related to logistics.
- Support logistics activities, including shipping materials and inventory management.
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Important detail: This is a part-time position with a contract duration of 3 to 9 months.
You are the ideal person for the Quality Assurance Intern role if you:
- Have a degree in IT or Engineering
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of testing and validation
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous working experience
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., finance, medical, automotive)
