About The Role


We are looking for a creative and driven creative to join our fast paced Brand Marketing team. The right person for this role will have the ability to animate, edit, and design with equal confidence.


This is an onsite role based in our NYC office. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend brand design with performance marketing—transitioning effortlessly between building our brand identity and creating high-converting marketing assets. The ideal candidate has strong motion design skills to bring our brand to life across digital channels. You're a design-first creative with deep motion expertise and a high-growth mindset.

What You'll Do


  • Concept, design and animate across brand, social and growth – from short social content and ads to brand films, product explainers and more
  • Evolve static creative into motion design
  • Build, refine and deliver best-in-class animation
  • Go deep into product to create helpful product demos
  • Edit high-quality videos - sourcing and refining raw footage, adding motion elements and crafting stories that make complex financial ideas compelling and easy to understand
  • Motion graphic design - Creating engaging motion graphics with a focus on text animation for social media content
  • Optimize videos for various screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content by sourcing and refining raw footage, creating motion graphics with focused text animation, and optimizing deliverables for various screen sizes and platform requirements
  • Develop scalable animation systems and templates to streamline content creation workflows, optimize production processes for fast-paced turnarounds, and build comprehensive motion libraries that maintain brand consistency
  • Promote innovation and strategic development by pitching transformative ideas that evolve the brand, leveraging AI-powered tools like Runway and Midjourney to enhance the creative process, and creating style frames and proof of concepts

Who You Are


  • 4-8+ years of brand and motion design experience within fast-paced creative teams or agencies, with expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools including After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatile creative skills across video production, motion graphics, and graphic design with demonstrated ability to execute high-quality work across multiple channels and platforms
  • Proven project management and collaboration abilities including experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments and working effectively with internal and external creative teams to deliver dynamic, moving designs

Bonus Points


  • Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording
  • Experience with sound design and mixing to give final polish to animated assets, podcasts, audio ads, and other content
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools
  • Strong knowledge of the retail investment space including creators, trends, and competitors
  • Understanding of social media trends, technology, and content creation
