Team at Voxy
The Field Marketing team is responsible for executing global initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and customer retention. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to coordinate campaigns, events, and content strategies that support our growth goals. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the execution of regional and global marketing campaigns and events (online and in-person), including: Vendor research, quotation, and management; Logistics coordination; Content creation; Alignment with internal and external stakeholders; Database cleaning; Post-event reporting
- Assist in the creation, review, and translation/localization of content.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of marketing dashboards and help track and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate and support ongoing communication with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, autonomous, and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Portuguese, Advanced English.
- Comfortable working in a remote and multicultural environment.
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Familiarity with event coordination and/or content production, through academic or extracurricular experiences, is a strong plus.
- Interest in learning and using marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Sheets, Google Looker, among others. Prior knowledge of these tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Spanish, Italian, or other language skills are a plus.
