Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate FP&A Analyst who is detail-oriented and self-driven to join our dynamic and energetic global team. In this role, you will be providing insights and analysis to support decision-making for our group activities and providing reliable support to our global management team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Update and prepare financial reports and dashboards
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize management information
- Provide insights by further developing new dashboards and reports
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance / Accounting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English is essential
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar FP&A role
- Excellent Microsoft Excel modelling skills
- Expertise ideally with PowerBI and preferably also Dynamics 365
- Basic understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS or US GAAP)
