WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY
You’ll be the architect and driver of our CRM vision for GuitarTuna, building data-driven, highly personalized lifecycle campaigns that engage, retain, and convert users at every stage. Working alongside product, data, marketing, and creative teams, you’ll have a direct impact on the growth trajectory of one of the world’s most beloved music apps.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior CRM Manager for GuitarTuna, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy for GuitarTuna, balancing initiatives to increase DAU and maximize revenue through user retention, upsell, and reactivation campaigns.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing roadmap: onboarding, engagement, win-back, and monetization flows across email, push, in-app messaging, and emerging channels.
- Design, launch, and optimize segmented, personalized campaigns using data insights, behavioral triggers, and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and growth teams to align CRM initiatives with feature releases, content drops, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance against key KPIs (DAU, LTV, conversion, churn, ARPU), and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new tactics to unlock incremental engagement and revenue.
- Ensure CRM best practices, compliance, and deliverability across all channels and regions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years of hands-on CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience in high-scale B2C mobile apps, ideally subscription or freemium models.
- Proven track record of driving both DAU and revenue through data-driven, segmented CRM campaigns.
- Deep expertise in CRM tools, user segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in advanced HTML and CSS for email and in-app message creation and customization.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and influencing product roadmaps.
- Creative thinker with a passion for music, digital education, or creative technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
