We are looking for an exceptional

Graphic Designer, Legal & Compliance


to join our in-house creative team, working within a “pod” of talented creative specialists that own the legal and compliance creative workflows for Infinite Commerce's wide-ranging product catalog. In this role, you’llbe responsible for designing and creating packaging and creative content related to legal and compliance standards for products in various categories. You’llwork to make sure our listings, packaging, and product designs are all up to rigorous legal standards, reviewing legal packaging guidelines andmaintainingbrand styles and templates to ensure brand consistency and compliance for our rapidly expanding product assortment.

You’ll work alongside several Graphic Designers, and you will report to the Creative Lead, Legal & Compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • Partner directly with our Legal team to ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and licensing agreements.

  • Update and edit existing packaging and printed materials for physical products, ensuring alignment with different brand guidelines and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring all mandatory information (e.g., legal disclaimers, nutrition facts, symbols) is placed and formatted correctly.

  • Verify proper usage rights and licenses for all third-party images and assets.

  • Work closely with legal, compliance, regulatory, and sourcing teams to translate requirements into accurate visual outputs.

  • Respond to quick-turn compliance updates with precision and efficiency.

  • Work with brand guidelines and drive brand consistency across the greater organization.

  • Organize and maintain design files in accordance with internal naming conventions and version control systems.

Qualifications:


  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or production design, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., CPG, pharma, food/beverage) (portfolio required, with creative work for which you were primarily responsible)

  • Proven experience with packaging design processes, including dielines, production specifications, legal and compliance standards, and material considerations.

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

  • Ability to interpret and apply legal/compliance guidelines to design work.

  • Expert understanding of design principles and best practice creative processes.

  • Able to quickly grasp visual brand identity and guidelines.

  • Highly collaborative, and able to give and receive feedback and adapt designs and approaches accordingly.

  • Able to juggle competing priorities and autonomously manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excited to be part of a rapidly growing catalog, helping to ensure compliance forour high-growth brands.

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical coursework, or equivalent working experience.

  • Technical/program expertise: Adobe creative suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma

  • Experience with CMS, DAMs, or experience working with legal or regulatory teams, or regulatory packaging requirements (FDA, EU compliance, etc.) considered a plus.

This is

not


a conceptual or brand-ideation role. The focus is on accurate, detail-oriented design execution within strict compliance frameworks.

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: Depending on the experience, we are offering ₱ 491,758.80 - ₱ 614,698.50  PHP Annually
