This person will work on content and digital marketing initiatives to help advance BeZero's presence in the market, with an emphasis on our subscription product, ratings research, and data solutions.You’ll help bring the BeZero brand and products to life across formats and channels—web, email, social media, video, presentations, and more.Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns that showcase our market-leading carbon project ratings, data solutions, and risk analytics platform—highlighting their role in accelerating carbon project analysis and due diligence, and driving both climate impact and commercial decision-making.The role will have hybrid work flexibility, but will be based in London at our office in the City (three days per week minimum).Responsibilities: The role itself will involve:

  • Making use of our web-based tools to build and distribute digital content, including our website CMS tool, and our mass-mailing tool.

  • Devising comprehensive go-to-market content plans, and executing paid marketing campaigns aimed at well-defined audiences across customer verticals and regions

  • Reviewing performance of content via analytics dashboards, gauging business impact, and optimising future content based on these learnings

  • Working with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns, from paid digital campaigns to online/in-person events, ensuring a consistent content and brand experience

  • Ensuring sales collateral is organised and up to date with our latest product offering.

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to help roll-out of marketing material in line with various marketing strategies and commercial objectives, including:

Close collaboration with the Commercial and Customer Success teams to understand their needs for sales collateral, as well as client needs and pain pointsClose collaboration with the Product team to keep up to speed on current and upcoming features of BeZero’s platform in order to keep prospects and clients informed about key enhancementsClose collaboration with the Ratings team and Government & Markets Engagement team to deepen your knowledge of carbon ratings and carbon markets, with the view of extracting key takeaways and creating concise and impactful messagingClose collaboration with our in-house designers and external agencies to make sure our material is on-brand and brought to life in an engaging and creative wayClose collaboration with other Marketing team members, from digital, to design/video, to events, to communications

You will be our ideal candidate if:

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a B2B product and/or content focused marketing role (essential)

  • You have at least one year of experience working in carbon markets and are engaged with the evolving subject matter in this sector (essential)

  • You can demonstrate with examples your ability to write clear and engaging content, e.g. blogs, newsletters, sales collateral, LinkedIn captions etc (essential)

  • You have experience supporting and contributing to multiple functions within marketing, including digital distribution of content, impactful event execution, and clearly contextualised briefs to either in-house or external design teams

  • Experience in a business selling a SaaS platform is a strong desirable, but relevant technical marketing experience from other industries will be considered (e.g. financial services, information services)

  • You are detail orientated and diligent, with strong storytelling skills that translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.

  • You bring curiosity, creativity and pragmatism to the role - proactively suggesting and executing innovative ways to elevate the brand across channels and formats.

  • Thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, you’re a self-starter who is motivated to make an impact and aligned with BeZero’s mission to accelerate net zero.
