Netskope Corporate Engineering (CorpEng) delivers secure and scalable global services through the development and continued evolution of a future-proof IT infrastructure that unlocks and enhances customer experience, business growth and operational efficiency. 

What’s in it for you


As a member of the CorpEng team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting our NetSuite instance, managing and prioritizing user requests and system enhancements, and growing the financial reporting, analysis and dashboarding capabilities across all business units. The position requires

working on


Pacific Time Zone, and reports directly to the CorpEng Manager supporting all NetSuite-related business processes. It will be a critical cross-functional contributor, supporting multiple projects and implementations, troubleshooting, and making recommendations for improvements and enhancements. 

What you will be doing


  • Supporting NetSuite system initiatives from inception to launch, providing requirements, documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management communications.
  • Defining and documenting detailed functional requirements for workflow automations and integrations to NetSuite.
  • Managing, validating, documenting, and prioritizing user requests and approvals via the ticketing system.
  • Training new users of NetSuite and supporting new employees as the business continues to grow.
  • Providing and enhancing specific reporting needs for each business unit leader and management team.
  • Improving business, accounting processes and workflows for various segments across the business, including: finance, accounting, revenue, sales ops, procurement, tax, audit, and security.
  • Performing regular system analysis to identify gaps and ensure proper access and financial accounting controls.
  • Coordinating data hygiene exercises as part best practice for supporting integrated systems.
  • Collaborating cross functionally to implement & manage NetSuite integrations.
  • Creating and managing customized reporting of NetSuite key metrics, master data, transaction history and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Serving as a resource and SME on various projects and business initiatives.
  • Administration responsibilities
  • Maintaining NetSuite security best practices and managing/customizing user roles and access.
  • Partnering with Finance & Accounting to perform quarterly review of NetSuite user licensing, roles, and permissions.
  • Managing any support tickets from Netsuite users.
  • Supporting SOX and ITGC’s audits
  • Contributing to the system roadmap for NetSuite improvements and enhancements.
  • Providing on-going implementation, systems and technical support for Netskope’s NetSuite system.

Required skills and experience


  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite system experience as an administrator or power user.
  • A background in Accounting and or IT: including knowledge of internal controls and how they are applied within financial applications, is a plus.
  • SQL skills and familiarity with database concepts are a plus.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent project management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively across a variety of audiences from end users to executive leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with operational expertise in business change management practices and SDLC concepts.
  • A strong teamwork and customer service attitude in supporting end-users.
  • An understanding of general Finance & Accounting and how to apply to system management.

Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree or or a combination of comparable education and experience
