Description
As a Business Analyst on our Commercial Planning team, you'll be the analytical backbone driving data-informed decision making across our key account relationships and business operations. This role is central to how we communicate performance, identify opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive Annual Business Reviews (ABR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) that showcase account performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
Additionally, you'll create compelling pitch deck materials that enable our sales teams to win new business while optimizing operational processes through rigorous data analysis.
Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Reviews & Reporting
- Design and execute comprehensive Annual Business Reviews (ABR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for key accounts
- Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks that track account performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Conduct bi-weekly account performance reviews with National Key Account (NKA) owners to assess progress and develop action items
- Cascade review insights and action items to cross-functional teams including fleet operations, implementation support, and product development teams
Pitch Materials & Sales Support
- Build compelling pitch decks and client-facing materials that demonstrate clear ROI and business value
- Develop financial models and business cases that support new business development efforts
- Create customized presentations tailored to prospect needs and market segments
- Support sales teams with data-driven insights for strategic contract negotiations
Data Analysis & Operations Optimization
- Analyze account performance data to identify optimization opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on CloudBar system data to uncover usage patterns and customer insights
- Partner with operations teams to implement process improvements based on analytical findings
Strategic Support
- Support special projects aligned with commercial growth objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize commercial processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitatively rigorous discipline (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating client-facing materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Willingness to work from our New York office 3 days weekly
Preferred
- Experience building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards
- Background in F&B, retail, or technology industries
- SQL or other database query experience
- Project management experience
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Able to start in July 2025

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000Plus stock options and performance bonus
