SUMMARY


The Multimedia Producer will report to the Sr. Director of Video Production to manage and define all technical aspects of media deliverables for products under the RealPage brand umbrella. This role must understand all/most technical processes within the multimedia landscape, to ensure best standards and practices for delivering multimedia assets. This position will have strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop. This position will also have a strong working knowledge of current professional digital cinema cameras and have worked in studio and out in the field, capturing high-quality video images.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensure all media communications continue to align with the strategies and direction of the RealPage brand, while helping to make RealPage a company that’s easy to do business with.
  • Assess project needs, recommending design solutions to meet project and messaging goals and deadlines.
  • Camera operation, capturing customer testimonials, to helping produce product-focused webcasts in the studio, to corporate communication initiatives.
  • Produce video and motion graphics content for a wide variety of corporate marketing initiatives and serves the larger RealPage organization.
  • Conceptualize and create compelling content, either through video, motion graphics or a combination using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment.
  • Knowledge of design layout, composition, timing and typography for motion graphics and video.
  • Optimize multimedia, graphics, video and audio to effectively market multiple corporate brands.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in radio/TV, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years working with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES


Required:

  • Working knowledge of professional digital cinema cameras. Experience with Canon and Sony. Bonus if you have worked with DJI Ronin and Osmo.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within strict time frames and to meet set deadlines.
  • Knowledge of principles, techniques, technical understanding and standards of video production. This includes live-action camera work, lighting and audio in studio and field environments.
  • Understanding of optimal web delivery specifications, including codecs, file types and best practices.
  • Awareness of copyright law and best practices as it relates to video and audio assets.
  • Must be flexible and able to work extended hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate pros and cons of concept executions and recognize potential problems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to utilize logic in problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be comfortable speaking and interacting with senior level management.

*Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
