Assistant Marketing Manager

Location:

Scottsdale, Arizona
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Employment Type:

Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule:

On-site Monday through Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays.

Position Overview:


We are hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to support and partner closely with our Director of Marketing. This is a high-impact role where you will manage our social media presence, support campaign development, coordinate with creative teams, and help execute strategies that drive real patient engagement. Ideal candidates will be experienced, collaborative, and excited to contribute meaningfully to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow Envita’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our video and content teams to develop compelling digital campaigns and ads
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and rollout of strategic marketing initiatives
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, and Google Ads
  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting
  • Help manage day-to-day marketing workflows and vendor coordination
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, particularly in health and wellness marketing

Required Qualifications:


  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare space
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:


  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other lead funnel/automation tools
  • Background in healthcare compliance and HIPAA-safe marketing strategies
  • Experience collaborating with video production and content teams
