What You’ll Be Doing…
As a key member of our operations and logistics team, you will:
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the receipt, storage, and fulfillment of goods
- Oversee logistics operations including truck loading/unloading and delivery scheduling
- Prepare and process shipping and inventory documentation accurately
- Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory management
- Develop and refine procedures to enhance inventory and distribution efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- Serve as the primary contact for shipping operations and ensure backup coverage
- Identify and resolve warehouse bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency
- Promote collaboration across departments to support business goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 6s practices
- Lead by example in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
- Adapt to changing priorities to meet internal and external customer needs
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues logically and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For…
We’re seeking a proactive, safety-focused logistics professional who:
- Has a High School Degree or GED and 5 years of related experience managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communicates effectively and fosters teamwork across departments
- Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment
- Is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Understands or is eager to learn ISO, LEAN, and 6S principles
- Leads by example in promoting a culture of safety and accountability
- Is comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
