Job Summary:


As the Custom Integration (C.I.) Member Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales and member services activities. This multifaceted position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional member support, manage sales-related processes, and oversee various platforms crucial to our organization's success.

Job Responsibilities:


Member support:


  • Serve as point of contact for member inquiries and support. 
  • Address member concerns, provide information, and offer assistance as needed.

Member directory management:


  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date membership directory.
  • Regularly update and maintain the membership database with accurate and current information.
  • Generate reports and queries from the membership database as needed. 
  • Provide relevant information to leadership or other stakeholders for decision making.

Manage MemberNet:


  • Oversee the functionality and usability of MemberNet.
  • Ensure members have access to relevant resources and information by regularly maintaining the membership database with accurate and current information. 

Accounting support:


  • Coordinate the processing of membership fees and payments.
  • Work with accounting to reconcile payments and resolve and discrepancies. 

Manage Slack:


  • Administer and manage communication channels in Slack.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among team members. 

Manage CEDIA and AVIXA Academy Sites:


  • Ensure that members receive necessary credential to access platform in a timely manner. 
  • Oversee the operations and activities of the CEDIA and AVIXA Academy portals.
  • Ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.

Conference support and preparation:


  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather content. 
  • Assist in managing member registrations for events, conferences, and other activities.
  • Provide onsite support to enhance the overall member/vendor experience. 

Additional Responsibilities: 


Manage sales reports:


  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Compile and analyze sales reports to provide insights and trends.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports for internal use. 

Load sales data:


  • Input and manage sales data into relevant systems. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information.

Sales discrepancy research:


  • Conduct thorough research to identify the root cause of sales discrepancies. 
  •  Implement corrective measures to prevent future discrepancies.

Resolve discrepancies:


  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales records. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary information.

Qualifications:


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related experience
  • Two to four years of relevant office experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • Candidates must be able to complete and pass a background check upon offer of employment

Work Environment:


Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
