OVERVIEW
A Tiger Team Foreman leads and supervises a telecommunications team to efficiently and safely complete construction, maintenance, and upgrades of telecommunications towers while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. You will lead daily site operations, manage paperwork, coordinate with customers and mentor team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Highly proficient in the following areas. Ability to train and supervise others in these areas:
- Responsible for leading, supervising and mentoring a team up to 2 team members.
- Safely and efficiently complete repairs and upgrades at elevated heights.
- Follow instructions to accomplish assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Expansion and upgrades to established major cellular carrier network, new installs and maintenance.
- Perform pre-work and post-work site audits and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for site-specific activities and projects.
- Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, ensuring safe work environment for all team members.

- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with site maintenance, upgrades and installations.
- Five years or more of tower climbing experience.
- Current authorized tower climber or competent climber and rescue certification.
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to accommodate out of town travel and work a flexible schedule.
- Experience installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, microwave dish, tower builds, and site inspections.
- Preferred experience with assembling/erecting/installing and decommissioning towers.
- OSHA30, RF Awareness Training, First AID/CPR trained.
- Knowledge of and ability with RF sweep gear, PIM and fiber testing.
- Highly organized and able to effectively report verbally and written reports back to the Operations Manager or Director.
- Good communication skills, reading and writing skills (English)
- Excellent computer skills. Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
