We are not able to sponsor visas.As our Customer Journey Advisor, you'll be on the front lines of Jackrabbit's proactive churn prevention efforts.  You'll use a clear, structured approach to identify at-risk clients, lead value-driven outreach, and reinforce the reasons clients chose Jackrabbit in the first place.  This is an action-oriented role that works cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Support, and Onboarding.

You’ll engage directly with clients, spot patterns early, and act fast to prevent issues from escalating.This role is perfect for someone who is:

What you'll do. 

  • Execute Jackrabbit’s cancel prevention process by identifying at-risk clients and engaging them early
  • Lead structured cancellation conversations and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Onboarding
  • Act as an escalation point when save strategies need support
  • Reconnect clients with features that align with their goals
  • Refine and use save talk tracks and objection-handling workflows
  • Document client feedback and track trends in HubSpot
  • Share retention insights and escalate key issues for resolution
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and valued
  • Contribute to a culture of retention centered on responsiveness, empathy, and outcomes

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Power BI, or similar CRM/reporting tools
