Position SummaryThe position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and practice managers while supporting their ongoing interaction with the organization. This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and effective provider experience through proactive outreach, timely issue resolution, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to enhancing provider satisfaction and engagement with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Serving as a key point of contact between providers and internal departments, this role helps identify process improvements and leads initiatives to optimize the overall provider experience.Job Duties

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and effectively understand and communicate how our solutions drive efficiency and ROI.
  • Educate and consult with users on Forcura’s platform.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues across a variety of systems, applications, and environments.
  • Ensure timely processing of inquiries, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow up, and escalate when necessary.
  • Summarize data sets from various reports (ticketing system, internal reporting, etc)
  • Proactively outreach to existing users to build and deepen the relationship by adding value through the interactions (providing new updates, asking for feedback, sending data to support the product value).
  • Solicit new business from existing users by identifying key purchasing decision makers and establishing contact through phone, email, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Arrange for meetings as necessary between sales team and users interested in adding on paid features.
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure continuous improvement of our product and processes by providing recommendations.
  • All other assigned duties related to the position

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of successful client service experience
  • Positive, professional attitude and approach
  • Passion for excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Desire to advance within a fast-paced organization with continuous change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS and/or healthcare experience
