We have two new opportunities for our Buenos Aires Office:About the RolesTitle: Sales Representative - DrillingLocation: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, ArgentinaResponsibilities:

  • Identify new potential clients, establish relationships and secure client meetins
  • Set up technical demonstrations and help establish engaging sales content
  • Track regional market trends to identify targeted sales strategy
  • Continually evolve sales methodology to ensure effective sales tactics are used to meet revenue objectives
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, workshops and deepen ROGII branding in the drilling discipline
  • Identify key business needs and devise go-to-market strategies for drilling products
  • Collaborate with leadership team to ensure business strategies are aligned
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ROGII products and competitors
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate exciting content for drilling products
  • Maintain CRM system

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business development experience in oil and gas
  • 2+ years sales/client relationship management experience focusing on drilling products
  • Experience selling both software solutions and services
  • Thorough understanding of upstream oil and gas workflows

  • Present the technology to customers.
  • Play a pivotal role in designing a new generation of drilling optimization platforms that combine drilling and geoscience data in real-time.
  • Act as a liaison between existing customers and the product owner.
  • Provide technical support for ongoing trials, gather user feedback, and provide solutions to satisfy customer needs.
  • Collaborate with ROGII's product owner, drilling engineers, and developers to prioritize features in the drilling product roadmap.
  • Analyze geoscience and drilling data to design innovative approaches for drilling optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, or a related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, drilling engineering, or geoscience-related roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product owners, and developers.
  • Experience with drilling optimization platforms and software tools commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, particularly with drilling and geological data.
