The Role


We’re hiring a highly organized, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager to support both our executive team (CEO and COO) and our NYC office operations. This is a dual-role for someone who thrives in high-impact environments, can handle confidential matters with discretion, and brings warmth, precision, and efficiency to every aspect of their work.You’ll be a trusted right hand to our CEO and COO—managing fast-moving schedules, booking complex travel, and staying ahead of day-to-day needs.

You’ll also own the experience of our NYC office: creating a space that’s thoughtful, functional, and energizing for our growing team.This role requires someone who is comfortable with after-hours requests and excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Do


Executive Support


  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO and COO—including scheduling across time zones, investor meetings, internal planning, and offsites
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, board meetings, and client visits
  • Anticipate needs before they arise, with responsiveness to time-sensitive or off-hours requests
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for executive priorities
  • Track cross-functional initiatives to help keep leadership focused and efficient

Office & Culture Management


  • Run day-to-day operations of the NYC HQ: keep supplies stocked, manage the kitchen and conference rooms, welcome guests, and liaise with vendors and building management
  • Design and execute weekly and monthly team rituals—meals, happy hours, appreciation events, and cultural moments that strengthen team connection
  • Deliver exceptional first-day onboarding experiences for new hires in NYC
  • Partner with our Arizona-based workplace team to support remote employees and company-wide moments (gifting, recognition, etc.)
  • Help plan and coordinate events in our San Francisco office as we expand our West Coast presence

What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5 years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager (or similar hybrid roles)
  • Proven ability to manage high-level executives and juggle competing priorities with speed and professionalism
  • Strong sense of discretion and good judgment—especially with confidential or time-sensitive matters
  • A natural host: thoughtful, attentive, and proactive about creating a great in-office experience
  • Tasteful and budget-conscious when planning events and ordering for the office
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A warm presence and great judgement – you know how to read a room, resolve an issue, or spot a broken printer before anyone else notices 
  • Tasteful, thoughtful and budget savvy

Bonus Points For


  • Experience supporting C-level executives
  • Prior startup experience
  • Prior event planning experience
  • Strong knowledge of NYC vendor landscape

Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slides, etc) and Gmail
  • Self-motivated while having a positive attitude

Location


Ideally onsite 5 days per week, but hybrid flexibility can be discussed.

  • Base Compensation Band: $90,000-$135,000. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
