About the Role:


We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales/Ad Operations Specialist to join our Ads team. This junior role is ideal for someone excited to build a strong operational foundation while gaining exposure to account strategy and campaign execution. You’ll primarily support the Sales and Ad Ops teams with reporting, process support, and cross-functional coordination, with opportunities to grow into an Account Management path.

What You'll Do


  • Salesforce Reporting & Data Integrity - Assist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce reports and dashboards to help track sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics. Support data entry, cleaning, and consistency across systems.
  • Process Support & Documentation - Document and improve repeatable sales and campaign workflows, particularly within Salesforce. Ensure operational processes are standardized, efficient, and well-communicated across teams.
  • Technical Troubleshooting - Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to investigate and resolve platform-related issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
  • Advertising Performance Reporting - Generate campaign performance and supplier goal reports to support internal visibility and inform client communications.
  • Campaign Assistance (As Needed) - Support the setup, monitoring, and basic management of ad campaigns. Use analytics tools to help track performance and surface key insights.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams to gather inputs, compile reports, and ensure follow-through on shared initiatives and deliverables.
  • Ad-Hoc Operational Support - Take on a variety of support tasks including qualifying inbound leads, pulling data sets, preparing summaries, and contributing to internal projects as needed.

  • Collaborative working style, ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration, and deliver complicated projects ahead of schedule.
  • Eye for detail, able to execute manual tasks without error.

$50,000 - $60,000 a yearIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of the Company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commission and short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.

In addition, the Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, parental leave, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off (PTO).
