Your Role:
As a Partner Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving enrollment growth utilizing a “sales through service” framework. Working closely with study abroad offices at CEA CAPA’s institutional partners and internal functions such as Student Advising, Institutional Relations, and other departments, you will ensure the highest level of support for institutional partners sending students on CEA CAPA programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships and daily communication with the study abroad administrators from assigned strategic university partners who send students on CEA CAPA programs.
- Work in partnership with institutional relations, career and Internship specialists, Student Advising, Academics, Finance and other internal teams to ensure exemplary service to all partner institutions.
- Provide support and guidance to CEA CAPA Partner Student Advisors to ensure timely and accurate advising for students from assigned institutional partners.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all CEA CAPA programs and institution specific offerings, policies, and procedures to ensure proper expectations are set and the institutional enrollment requirements are met.
- Provide support to the Health and Safety, Student Support Services and Student Advising teams for student concerns that require partner involvement to reach a final resolution.
- Work across internal departments such as Institutional Relations, Student Advising and Admissions teams to monitor key partner institution enrollment numbers and provide feedback on where additional support and outreach may be leveraged to reach and exceed targeted enrollment numbers per term.
- Collaborate with Institutional Relations and the Marketing department to develop and maintain program/institution specific marketing materials, and other collateral.
- Partner with the Financial Services team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections of partners paid program fees.
- Help to troubleshoot any partner online portal concerns in partnership with Digital Experience Manager and IT services.
- Utilize Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool to maintain accurate partner outreach and student records.
Starting Salary: $58,000-$63,000

- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS): Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Respect for confidentiality and strict adherence to student privacy laws
- Comfort with meeting/exceeding enrollment goals and building relationships
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience studying, living, and/or working multiculturally
- Experience with international education or higher education administration
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Bachelor’s or higher degree
