Competitive intelligence
: Continuously gather valuable intelligence from customers, competitors, and the markets we serve to create competitive and compelling products. As such, you will be the vital connection between cutting-edge technologies and customer needs. •
Cross-functional engagement
: Routinely collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain during product lifecycle phases to drive decisions that keep the product competitive.•
Defining vision
: Capture product definitions and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create industry leading solutions.•
Product leadership
: Drive decisions on cost, pricing, and product change management. Actively contribute to BL market strategies, product strategies, and long-term product roadmaps. Champion your product by promoting its unique features and values to the markets.
Your background:
•Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering [or similar]•8-10 years experience; 5+ years in tech-focused role, e.g., systems engineering, product applications, product marketing•Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies•Understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Android, and RTOS•Proven ability to learn market needs and capture into a detailed requirements document•Strong innovative and collaborative mindset •Hands-on and detail-oriented mentality to drive topics proactively•Strong communication and presentation skills

This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations.
