The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented mindset, a strong sense of urgency and the ability to execute a high number of tasks with accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with at least 2 years working in a professional setting
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication style
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy while adhering to all deadlines
- Ability to independently prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on changing individual and team needs
- Event management, marketing, facilities management and/or other administrative experience will be considered a plus
