We are seeking a Project Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various teams. This position ensures that project activities are well-organized and on schedule, providing administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and updating timelines.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other project-related materials as needed.
- Track and manage project budgets, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with finance or procurement teams.
- Help identify project risks or issues and escalate appropriately.
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Maintain organized project files and records for compliance and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)
Preferred:
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center environment helpful
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Project Management certification or coursework (CAPM, PMP, etc.) is a plus.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- This is a full-time exempt position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
