POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure team productivity, and drive quality standards across the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys developing people, and can balance production goals with safety and compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
- Supervise and coach hourly production employees; provide real-time feedback and support
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate shift documentation, performance metrics, and incident reports
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, lean principles, and safety protocols

Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses tools and other such equipment during the job duties. Provided Personal Protective Equipment, as well as steel-toed boots or shoes, must be worn at all times.
Physical Demands
- Manufacturing floor exposure with moderate to high noise levels
- Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and manual dexterity required
- Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
