Dates:This is a summer internship position, with expected dates of performance approximately June 23 – September 12, 2025. Responsibilities: This position requires performance of Mechanical Engineering skills, inclusive of those identified below:
Conduct SolidWorks tasks including entry level mechanical design, drawings, Enterprise PDM data management, and creation of toolbox features Assist in performing integrating and collecting engineering data for basic lab-based testing. Ability to machine and fabricate simple prototype test components. Assist engineering personnel in creating PowerPoint presentations and engineering test data reduction using MS Excel, writing reports using MS Word. Other related job duties, as assigned. Experience:

Education:
Required:
Attending an accredited college/university; working towards a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree. Undergraduate students must be entering their junior year or later to be eligible for this position.
Skills:
- Ability to take direction and work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Possess good communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication.
- SolidWorks, Ansys, and MS Office tools
- Working knowledge of mathematical and statistical principles and formulas
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with mechanical components/devices
