What You’ll Do
As a Customer Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives through advanced analytics, data interpretation, and insights generation. Your contributions will directly shape our customer programs, influence product direction, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Target List matches and analyze results to inform our RFP and proposal process.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend improvements across the customer lifecycle.
- Support Customer Success in designing scalable processes, automating workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategy with business objectives and product priorities.
- Proactively surface insights and provide data-driven recommendations that guide executive decision-making and optimize revenue growth.
- Own and improve internal documentation and knowledge-sharing processes to support team-wide efficiency.
You Are:

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or data analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver insights from data that drive business outcomes.
- Project management experience and a track record of leading initiatives that improve process efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with or supporting customer-facing teams.
- An interest in healthcare and passion for improving the industry through education and technology.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) in our Minneapolis office.
