How You Will Make an Impact
- Distribution and Quality Control Coordinator will maintain, update, file, and organize product libraries and Standard Operating Procedures as they become available.
- Distribution and Quality Control Coordinator will document and track Pest Control Services, in-process verifications, nonconformances, and internal audits.
- Support office functions with document preparation and support packing and boxing operations.
- Distribution and Quality Control Coordinator will maintain, update, file, and organize Temperature and Humidity records, cGMP Records, and Marketing Material Verification Records.
- Performs the inspection of internal audits.
- Inspect the prepacking areas for clearance, cleaning, and release (area and equipment).
- Distribution and Quality Control Coordinator will inspect incoming products for damage, defects, compliance with company standards, and receiving verification.
- Inspect and review pallet product appearance and general status of the cargo at the receiving and responsible for reporting any issues that may arise during the receiving process.

What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.
- Experience with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RF scanner required.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR 110, 111, and 117
- Experience with Adobe Pro preferred.
- Experience interacting with third-party vendors is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
