Job Summary:
JCS Solutions has a need for an experienced Staff Intune Engineer to join our growing Defense Enclave Services (DES) team at Ft. Meade, MD. The DES program is a highly demanding mission and requires expert technical and professional management to support DISA's enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. You will be supporting a large and complex IT discovery, design, and migration effort towards a Single Service Provider model for the Department of Defense. This role will include discovery, analysis, and design activities required to migrate common IT services from multiple large-scale DoD agencies into DoDNet. What you will do:
The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune solutions, for migration from MECM and AD joined devices to Azure AD joined and Intune Managed.
- Develop Intune policies, utilize existing Active Directory group policies and work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that meet end user requirements
- Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services
- Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot
- Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies
- Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images
- Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policies
- Collaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure goals
- Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Intune
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints
- Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
What you will bring:
- SECRET DoD Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
- Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments

- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Intune Expert
