Summary/Objective


Provides administrative and human resources support in the station office, working closely with executives, employees and customers. Assist the human resources department and the station.

Essential Functions

  • Handling employees, management, and clients' requests and queries appropriately 
  • Provide support to schedule meetings and guest visits
  • Keep control of office supplies and place a monthly order.
  • Assist HR Admin in the revision of attendance records when needed. 
  • Maintain office filing system (employee files/documents, operational reports and forms and training records). 
  • Schedule appointments for fingerprints, badges, upgrades, renewals in Atlanta Security Airport System.
  • Complete applications for Airport Badge.
  • Complete CBP Seal applications, submission to CBP and request of updates. 
  • Update Employee Tracker on a daily basis
  • Update Quarterly Report to CBP.
  • Keep up to date with the uniform inventory by sending a monthly report and place uniform orders to the store and keep the HR department up to date with any special request or needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean office & organization and making sure the management team complies with this requirement. 
  • Enforce the grooming policy and attendance by keeping informed management of any issues related.
  • Assist with the Recruitment process.

    This position has supervisory responsibilities to enforce policies and procedures.

    Work Environment


    This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

    Physical Demands


    This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing and walking is required. This would require the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets as necessary. 

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


    This is a full-time position. 

    Travel


    No travel is expected for this position.

    Required Education and Experience 


  • Bachelor’s Degree is prefer.
  • 2 year’s experience in administrative and human resources is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excell, Word and Outlook)

  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications


  • Must exhibit exceptional customer service.
  • As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation. 
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Maintain a relationship with both employees and clients. 
  • Must possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public professionally and effectively.
  • Must be able to handle pressure of working with high volume employee groups (constantly to occasionally depending on assignment) Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Security Clearance (if applicable)


    Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.
