Why We Need You


As the Content Production Manager, you’ll be the orchestra conductor of the Olly Olly SEO/content concert, harmonizing a fast-paced workflow that serves hundreds of clients monthly and manages thousands of tasks. Your mission: Lead our SEO and Content team to deliver flawless new builds (city landing pages, blog content, technical SEO projects) and ensure every task is executed on time and to perfection.In addition to owning content and SEO production, you’ll also oversee the Social Media team that publishes client posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn through the Olly Olly App—ensuring social deliverables align with brand voice and timelines.Your core role is to optimize team performance, streamline processes, and hit aggressive deadlines in a high-volume environment.

This role will report into the Director of Digital Marketing and SEO.🚀

The Impact You’ll Have


  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, writers, and editors to produce high-quality deliverables at scale.
  • Oversee the production of hundreds of new builds per month — city landing pages, blog content, technical SEO projects, and more.
  • Implement and optimize scalable processes to manage thousands of tasks monthly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Hire, train, and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure content and SEO deliverables align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the social media team responsible for posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for our clients via the Olly Olly App.
  • Manage workflow prioritization and resource allocation to meet aggressive deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Track KPIs like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and retention, and proactively adjust strategies to drive better outcomes.
  • Explore and integrate various tools to accelerate ideation, streamline production processes, and improve efficiencies.
  • Continuously improve quality control processes to catch and correct errors before deliverables reach the client.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership to recommend process improvements and support larger business initiatives.

What We Really Need From You


  • 5+ years experience in SEO and/or content production, with 2+ years leading teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong operational management skills — you know how to prioritize, organize, and execute at scale.
  • Gritty, action-oriented competency; you are comfortable leading through fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Growth mindset — you are always looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, and your workflows.
  • Experience overseeing hundreds of concurrent projects and managing thousands of tasks without missing a beat.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Project management software expertise (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Ability to drive team performance while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
  • A solutions-first mindset — you’re comfortable adapting quickly, troubleshooting issues, and finding ways to move faster and smarter.


What Would Be Big Pluses


  • Familiar with Pressable, Jira, Slack, Clockify, FB Business Manager, Google Search Console (GSC), website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Sitebulb, Lumar, or similar.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
